the location is convenient, placing me near various transportation options.

the check-in process was slow, causing a considerable wait upon arrival, it took about 30 minutes. i found this inconvenient after a long journey. additionally, the early morning room cleaning schedule felt intrusive as staff seemed eager to start cleaning as early as 9 am.

the lobby presents an aesthetic and clean appearance i found the check in process smooth i was able to check in an hour early due to the room being ready the staff ensured i got 1 big bed the concierge provided assistance with travel plans and directions to the stadium and airport. the telephone operator was friendly. housekeeping was attentive ensuring i had extra towels and toiletries dining at the food hall offered numerous options at reasonable prices the hotel has convenient access to the jordan mtr station i found the gym quite basic it provided essential equipment for a workout. wifi worked well. the staff are super nice and helpful the location is very convenient with easy access to various amenities public transportation is readily available. i had easy access to the mtr and buses the hotel provides easy access to shopping and food locations a convenience store sits directly across the street. i found the rooms modern and spacious the hotel location suited my preference for the jordan area a short walk leads to the jordan mtr station several eateries are close by.

the room seemed small although well-designed i experienced some noise from corridor activity i would have liked more powerful showers.

The hotel's location near public transport was convenient. I found access to buses and the MTR very easy. There WERE many dining options within walking distance, a definite plus. The simple gym was adequate for a quick workout.

The check-in process was a LITTLE slow. I waited for about 30 minutes at reception.

i found the room space quite generous, surpassing the internet's stated size. it was also quiet and smoke-free (a definite plus). the staff displayed helpfulness and patience. complimentary toiletries were supplied alongside daily room cleaning. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

My room's window faced other buildings very closely. This required me to keep the shutters constantly closed.
