The hotel's location near public transport was convenient. I found access to buses and the MTR very easy. There WERE many dining options within walking distance, a definite plus. The simple gym was adequate for a quick workout.

The check-in process was a LITTLE slow. I waited for about 30 minutes at reception.

The room had basic amenities and was spacious. Staffs were polite and helpful to everyone. I liked the ground floor food hall. Many food options were there and the prices were okay for the food you got. The hotel location is very convenient and close to the train station. I found many restaurants and tourist attractions.

i found the room space quite generous, surpassing the internet's stated size. it was also quiet and smoke-free (a definite plus). the staff displayed helpfulness and patience. complimentary toiletries were supplied alongside daily room cleaning. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

My room's window faced other buildings very closely. This required me to keep the shutters constantly closed.
